Mission Statement

The Communication Association of Eurasian Researchers (CAER) operates to (1) facilitate and promote the global study, criticism, research, teaching, scholarship, collaboration, and application of the artistic, humanistic, scientific, theoretical, and interdisciplinary principles of communication in Eurasia; (2) assist communication scholars and practitioners in East-Central Europe, Russia, Central Asia, the Balkans, the Caucasus, and other Eurasian states by providing resources, connections, and research opportunities; and (3) to encourage collaborative work between communication scholars and practitioners in the aforementioned regions and North American counterparts.

CAER is a nonprofit organization formed and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, scientific, and literary purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3).         

Our mission is to create and support programs for education promotion.
